Emma Stone’s Los Angeles Residence Enters the Market at Almost $4 Million

Emma Stone, the Hollywood actress known for her captivating performances, is putting her charming Westwood home on the market. The 1920s Spanish-style home, located in Los Angeles’ Comstock Hills neighborhood, is listed for $3,995,000. Spanning 3,276 square feet, the two-story residence offers four bedrooms and four bathrooms.

Recently renovated, the home exudes character and serves as a “mini compound” within the gated entrance, ensuring privacy and tranquility. The manicured front and backyard add to the allure of the property. As you enter through the accented teal front door and matching gate, you are greeted by colorful, printed wallpaper that adds a touch of whimsy to the interior.

The kitchen leads to a cozy sitting area, creating a seamless flow between spaces. Additionally, a new guesthouse has been added to the property, complete with its own kitchen, bedroom, and laundry facilities.

Stone, originally from Arizona, purchased the home in 2019 for $2.3 million. She recently acquired a new residence in Austin, Texas, in 2021, and also owns an apartment in Manhattan, New York City, which she purchased for $3.56 million in 2018.

The Los Angeles real estate market, particularly in sought-after locations like Westwood, has been vibrant in the sub-$5 million category. Eric Lavey of Sotheby’s International Realty commented, “The sub-$5 million category in L.A., in in-demand locations, is one of the more brisk markets.”

Outside of her real estate ventures, Stone has been making waves in the entertainment industry. She recently won the prestigious Golden Globe award for Best Actress for her role in “Poor Things.” The film, where she portrayed Bella Baxter, premiered at the Venice Film Festival in September and was released in U.S. theaters on December 8.

During the Golden Globes, Stone’s long-time friend, Taylor Swift, enthusiastically cheered for her when her name was announced. When asked about Swift’s support, Stone humorously responded, “What an a–hole, am I right? I’ve known her for almost 20 years, so I’m very happy she was there. She was also nominated tonight, so I’m very happy she was there – but what an a–hole.”

Swift has been a steadfast friend in Stone’s life. In a 2012 interview with “Access Hollywood,” Swift expressed the importance of their enduring friendship, saying, “It’s just so important to have people that you trust, and Emma and Selena [Gomez] and I, we’ve had so many things in our lives that have changed over the last couple of years, but our friendship has stayed the same. So, that’s really good.”
